We are excited to introduce our new patient app, designed to provide you with convenient access to your health data stored in RPMS. Our app offers a range of features, including the ability to easily request and cancel appointments, review prescriptions, and request refills through the automated CN Refill Center in Poteau. Additionally, you'll be able to view detailed information regarding Choctaw Referred Care referrals and much more!

It's important to note that appointment scheduling is currently limited to clinics that have been trained on our new system. We kindly ask for your patience as our staff continues their training, and more locations will soon become available.
